Speaker- Your Acceptance Confirmation form is DUE in the DAC office via email, snail mail or fax. We must have an original signature.

DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION!!! If you are a Speaker or Session chair, you will receive your DISCOUNTED conference registration instructions via email. Please DO NOT register for DAC online until you receive this information.
In order to submit your final paper for the conference proceedings, you must register for the conference by April 4. |

Speaker- A copy of your paper (formatted according to ACM templates AND in compliance with the IEEE PDF standards) must be submitted electronically to the publisher of the DAC Proceedings and the Copyright Release Form must be submitted electronically to ACM.
Someone from your submission MUST be registered before you do this as you will need the confirmation number.
You will submit your copyright form online directly to ACM. This information will be communicated to you in your final manuscript submission email. |

Speakers - Submit your presentation slides for your Session Chair to review. You will be emailed a personalized upload link and will also be able to access the upload via your Navigation Center. Your Session Chair's information (name and email address) can be found on your personal upload page should you need to contact them directly.
To prepare your slides, please follow the suggestions given here at Slide Prep. |

Speakers- If you have submitted your slides to your Session Chair on time, you should have received feedback on your slides from your Session Chair. Please notify the DAC office if you have not. It is important to follow the suggestions given by your Session Chair. |

Speaker Bio due. Complete your speaker bio at the same personalized link that was emailed to you to submit your draft slide presentations or via your Navigation Center. |

Speakers- You must submit your final version of your presentation slides. Submit via your Navigation Center or via the personalized link that you received via email to upload the draft version for review and where you completed your speaker bio. The final version will be on the DAC server for back-up purposes only. You must bring the most recent, final version with you to conference on a USB drive. Even if you know that you will be making changes in the AV practice rooms upon arrival, you must still send in the version that you consider final by this deadline so that we will have something to use at DAC in the event of an emergency.

Conference opens at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California, USA. Be sure to bring a final version of your PowerPoint presentation on a USB thumb drive (preferred) or CD-ROM. You will load your slides to the computer in your session room. DAC will collect the slides (to ensure we have the most recent version) from the room and post them to the archives. Be sure to attend the mandatory Speakers Breakfast the day of your presentation at 7:30am in room104.

Research Sessions will begin with concise 15 minute presentation (12 minute presentation 3 minute Q&A and transition), and will end with 30 minute poster presentation. Presenters will be required to stand next to your poster during the poster session, and to interact with attendees. This is an opportunity for you to provide details to attendees (as well as, for example, any hard copy handouts you wish to bring to the poster session), to have lively, one-on-one discussions, and to make contacts.

Presenters/Speakers are entitled to a discounted full-conference registration fee. Registration instructions will be sent to the presenters by March 22. If you have any questions, please contact the DAC Registration Coordinator, Jackie Horn.
VISAS
U.S. Embassies have been experiencing longer delays in the issuance of visas. Due to the increased security measures in the United States, an updated visa might be required. Thus, it is recommended that you check to be sure your visa will allow entry to the United States. More information regarding travel visas can be found here.
