The DAC office will send presenters a link of where to submit the files.

Final notification on any schedule changes or cancellation of tutorial. |

Tutorial Presenter presentation slides due to DAC office for production. |
| June 3: |
Conference opens at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California, USA. Be sure to bring a final version of your presentation on a USB thumb drive (preferred) or CD-ROM.

ABSTRACT AND SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY
The organizer of the tutorial is required to send the following information for the advance program and website: title, 150-word abstract for the tutorial, 100-word biography for each speaker, organizer and presenter names, affiliations, city, state, country and email addresses. Send this information to: Kathy Embler and Michael McNamara.

REGISTRATION
Registration instructions will be sent to the presenters by April 6. If you have any questions, please contact the DAC Registration Coordinator, Jackie Horn.
VISAS
U.S. Embassies have been experiencing longer delays in the issuance of visas. Due to the increased security measures in the United States, an updated visa might be required. Thus, it is recommended that you check to be sure your visa will allow entry to the United States. More information regarding travel visas can be found here.
