DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION!!!If you are a Speaker or Chair, you will receive your DISCOUNTED conference registration email. Please DO NOT register for DAC online until you receive this information. Without such registration, your submission will be automatically withdrawn from the conference. The deadline to register is May 7. |
May 6:

Deadline to submit a copy of your poster for review to your session chair. DAC will notify of your session chairs contact information by May 3. You will upload this from your User Track Navigation Center.

Presenters - Permission and Release form for supplemental audio/video is DUE.
You will submit your form online, directly to ACM. ACM will send you this link after April 25. Check your inbox and junk folders! |
| May 22: |
You will recieve feedback on your poster to suggest improvements (if necessary). |
| May 30: |
FINAL poster material due! Upload your final poster to the link that you received to upload your draft poster. We will include the posters in the DAC archives. Also, bring your poster with you to Conference. |
| June 3: |
Conference begins at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA! Be sure to see Poster Setup times below for direction on where and when to set up your poster. |

Poster Presentation Times (Room 105 on the Exhibit Floor):
Tuesday: 12:30-1:30pm
Wednesday: 12:30-1:30pm
Set up Schedule (Daily):
Set up may begin: 12:00-12:30pm
Remove poster by: 5:00pm

Your electronic file will be posted on the DAC website after the conference unless you provide an updated version at the conference. Please note that we may choose your poster to highlight the User Track on the DAC website prior to the conference.
