Final Program/Exhibit GuideAd Specifications

Your artwork and payment must be received in the DAC office by April 5, 2002.

Mechanical Requirements:

• Four color ads
• Ad size/Trim: 8.5"w X 5.5"h or 21.59 cm x 13.97 cm
• Bleed: 4 sides, 1/8 inch or 3 mm
• Live copy area: 8.25" X 5.25" or 20.95 cm x 13.33 cm
• 133-150 line screen Digital Files
• Digital files on CD or ZIP disk must be submitted in a Macintosh formatted Quark XPress document with artwork, or Illustrator or Freehand 8.0 EPS format.

For each ad submitted: You must supply a digital file on zip disk or CD with a color proof, laser separations and a black/white composite proof.
