The Design Automation Conference (DAC) convenes for
the 43rd time in San Francisco, California. DAC is
recognized as the
world's premier event for the design of electronic
circuits and systems.
Vendors of products used in the design of integrated

EXHIBIT SPACE APPLICATION/CONTRACT
PRICING
Pricing for 2006 follows a graduated discount system based on the
total size of exhibit space according to the schedule
below. Exhibit
space must be licensed in 10' x 10' increments.
For contracts received on or before September 1, 2005
the cost for exhibit space is as follows:
The first 1000 square feet of exhibit space is $26.00 per
square foot
From 1001 to 2000 square feet the cost is $24.50 per
square foot
From 2001 to 3000 square feet the cost is $23.00 per
square foot
3001 square feet and above the cost is $21.50 per square foot
For contracts received after September 1,
2005 the cost
for exhibit space is as follows:
The first 1000 square feet of exhibit space is $29.50 per
square foot
From 1001 to 2000 square feet the cost is $27.50 per
square foot
From 2001 to 3000 square feet the cost is $26.00 per
square foot
3001 square feet and above the cost is $24.50 per square foot
SUITE ONLY
First-time DAC participants have the option of utilizing suite-only
space. DAC recognizes that some early stage companies would like a
presence at DAC but are not quite ready for a full booth
presentation.
DAC is pleased to make the suite-only option available for the cost
of $32.00 per square foot.* Companies participating in
the suite-only
program receive all the benefits of participation listed
below.
* Minimum size is 10'x10'. Space must be licensed in
10'x10' increments.

EXHIBIT SPACE LICENSING
INCLUDES:
o Illuminated exhibit space with 8' high backwall drape if needed
and 3' high side rails.
o Suite walls and carpet according to the contract schedule.
o A Virtual DAC web booth.
o A 7" x 44" identification sign with your company name
and booth number.
o General exhibit hall security service.
o Daily aisle cleaning service.
o An Exhibitor's Manual which, in addition to pertinent and updated
marketing information, supplies the forms required to
order equipment
and services.
ADDITIONAL EXHIBITING BENEFITS:
o A listing and company description in the official Final
Program/Exhibit
Guide.
o Priority space selection for the 44th DAC.
o Choice of hotel accommodations, including hospitality
suites.
o A complimentary printed list of 43rd DAC registrants
following the
conference.
o ONE free conference registration for every 500 square
feet of booth
space. Minimum: two full registrations, Maximum: twenty
full registrations.
EXHIBIT HOURS
Exhibit hours have been scheduled to provide maximum
interaction between
conference attendees and exhibitor personnel.

ABOUT THE FACILITIES
The Moscone Center in San Francisco offers DAC 442,000 square feet
of exhibit space. The Management will carpet the aisles. There is
easy access to utilities and good loading facilities. All technical
sessions will take place in close proximity to the
exhibit area.
EXHIBIT MANAGER
The 43rd DAC has selected MP Associates, Inc.
"MPA" as the
conference and exhibit manager. MPA acts as agent for
DAC. To reserve
