At DAC: Upon Arrival

    At the Registration Desk you will be informed if any items still remain to be resolved between you and the Presentation Consultant, Carla Otten. It is IMPERATIVE that you contact her about any unresolved issues immediately.

    Also seek out your Session Chair who will appreciate knowing that you have arrived! Go to My DACPrep to find out how to contact your Session Chair prior to the Conference.

Sign up for the use of a practice room, 211AB, immediately upon arrival!!

Sign-up sheets with time slots are hanging beside the doors of the practice rooms.

• You can only sign up for a maximum of 2 hours practice per day in total (not per room) in order to give everybody enough opportunity. There can be a maximum of 3 people in one cubicle at the same time. If you feel the need to deviate from these restrictions please ask the AV consultants, who can be found nearby the practice rooms.

• The practice rooms are provided:
       - for last-minute polishing
       - to rehearse your presentation in front of friends or colleagues
       - to fine tune your timing
