DAC provides professionally prepared templates and a help desk to guide you in preparing your presentation. It is obligatory that you pass a rough draft of your presentation on to this help desk at slides@dac.com at an early stage and keep communicating improvements with them; you will receive feedback which has been considered very valuable by DAC speakers in the past. We want you to make good use of this service to improve your presentation and make it pleasing to the eye and effective in communicating the important ideas.

Rules and Recs, lists "Rules and Recommendations" from which we urge you not to deviate. Especially the rule of not using logo's and affiliations anywhere else except on the title page is being checked very carefully.

If you are starting with a totally new presentation for your DAC talk you should begin by reading Starting from Scratch.

When you already have a presentation ready which you want to convert to one of our templates, you have to read the information in: Converting Slides very carefully.

You should already have gotten a copy of the AV release form and have sent it to us. If you haven't done this, please download the AV Release Form and fax it to the number listed ASAP.

For those of you who have been selected to be video taped in order to be published on the web with this video next to your PowerPoint slides, it is imperative that you carefully read: For Videoed Speakers. There may be some issues there which you may not expect and which need your special attention.
