Each session room contains a video projector connected to a desktop computer with MS PowerPoint 2007 and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
MS PowerPoint 2007 is backward compatible with older versions of PowerPoint and with Apple Macintosh version; though some minor incompatibility issues may occur. Be sure to check your talk in the AV practice rooms. Contact slides@dac.com if you have any questions.
Use either the DAC-supplied desktop computer or your own notebook (PC or MAC) and the DAC-supplied projection equipment.
PDF-files can be shown in those cases where the use of MS PowerPoint proves to be impossible. They are static presentations, however we advise against animation.
The use of slides and overhead transparencies will not be possible.
