Cancellation/Refund and Change Policy:
Written requests for cancellations must be received in the DAC Office by Monday, May 7, 2012 and are subject to a $30.00 processing fee. Cancellations received after May 7, 2012 will NOT be honored and all registration fees will be forfeited.
