DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION!!!If you are a presenter, you will receive your DISCOUNTED conference registration email. Please DO NOT register for DAC online until you receive this information. Without such registration, your submission will be automatically withdrawn from the conference. The deadline to register is April 11 |
| April 20: |
ACM AV Permission and Release form DUE. Presenters: access the form either from the link sent by ACM to the presenter, or through the presenter's dashboard |
| May 1: |
Registration Deadline! All presenters MUST register to present a Designer Track poster

| May 7: |
Begin to submit draft posters for review by the poster session chair. Presenters may upload the file via their dashboard |
| May 17: |
Draft Poters DUE |
| May 17: |
Begin to submit electronic version (.pptx or .pdf) of final poster. Old files overwrite new and draft files. The files located here will be used in the DAC archives to represent your poster post-DAC |
| May 24: |
Deadline for session chair to provide feedback on draft poster |
| May 30: |
FINAL poster material due! Upload your final poster to your dashboard. Bring your poster with you to DAC! |
| June 2: |
Conference begins at the Austin Convention Center! Be sure to see Poster Setup times below for direction on where and when to set up your poster. |

Location: Hall 5 on the Exhibit Floor
Tuesday: 12:00-1:30pm
Wednesday: 12:00-1:30pm
Set up Schedule (Daily):
Set up may begin: 11:00am -12:00pm
Remove poster by: 5:00pm

Your electronic file will be posted on the DAC website after the conference unless you provide an updated version at the conference. Please note that we may choose your poster to highlight the User Track on the DAC website prior to the conference.
