FINAL SLIDES DUE Speakers- You must submit your final version of your presentation slides via your DASHBOARD. The final version will be on the DAC server for back-up purposes only. You must bring the most recent, final version with you to conference on a USB drive. Even if you know that you will be making changes in the AV practice rooms upon arrival, you must still send in the version that you consider final by this deadline so that we will have something to use at DAC in the event of an emergency.

Promote your Session and Paper:
Presenters of research papers are being encouraged to promote their paper by submitting a video to be posted on the DAC website. Let the attendees know why your paper just shouldn't be missed. For more details please click on the Logo.

Research Sessions will begin with concise 15 minute presentation (12 minute presentation 3 minute Q&A and transition), and will end with 30 minute poster presentation. Presenters will be required to stand next to your poster during the poster session, and to interact with attendees. This is an opportunity for you to provide details to attendees (as well as, for example, any hard copy handouts you wish to bring to the poster session), to have lively, one-on-one discussions, and to make contacts.
The following are links to instruction guidelines in an effort to assist presenters in their preparation for conference:
Presenters/Speakers are entitled to a discounted full-conference registration fee. Presenter registration will be open March 8. If you have any questions, please contact the DAC Registration Coordinator, Jackie Horn.
VISAS
U.S. Embassies have been experiencing longer delays in the issuance of visas. Due to the increased security measures in the United States, an updated visa might be required. Thus, it is recommended that you check to be sure your visa will allow entry to the United States. More information regarding travel visas can be found here.
