Correspondents- Your Acceptance Confirmation form is DUE in the DAC office via email, snail mail or fax. We must have an original signature.

DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION!!! If you are a Speaker or Session chair, you will receive your DISCOUNTED conference registration instructions via email.Please DO NOT register for DAC online until you receive this information.
In order to submit your final paper for the conference proceedings, you must register for the conference. |

Correspondents- A copy of your paper (formatted according to ACM templates AND in compliance with the IEEE PDF standards) and the Copyright Release From are due to ACM.
New this year! You will submit your copyright form online directly to ACM. This information will be communicated to you in your final paper submission email. |

Speakers- Submit your PowerPoint slides to your Session chair for review. The Session Chair’s name and email address will be sent to you before May 6.

Speakers- If you have submitted your slides to your Session Chair on time, you should have received feedback on your slides from your Session Chair. Please notify the DAC office if you have not. It is important to follow the suggestions given by your Session Chair. |

Speaker Bio form due to DAC office. You will receive an email containing the link with directions on how to complete and submit this form. |

Speakers- You must submit your final version of your presenation slides to the DAC FTP site. These instructions will be sent to you at a later date. This will be on the DAC server for back-up purposes only. This will be used for projection if no newer version is brought by you to the conference. Even if you know that you will be making changes in the AV practice rooms upon arrival, you must still send in the version that you consider final by the June 3 deadline so that we will have something to use at DAC in the event of an emergency. |
| June 5: |
Speakers- conference begins. Bring the final version of your slides with you either on CD or thumb drive. At the conference, you are responsible for loading your presentation onto the computer in your session room. |
DVD PROCEEDINGS INSTRUCTIONS
This year, the proceedings will be published by ACM in New York, and will be compiled and produced on DVD by OMNIPRESS. The copyright will be held by ACM, one of DAC's sponsors. DAC will publish its proceedings on DVD Only. Please see important dates above to know when your papers are due to the co-chairs for review and the deadlines to have your paper published in the proceedings. NOTE: All PDF files must be produced using ACM templetes AND be in compliance with IEEE Xplore PDF standards. This will be strictly enforced!
PERMISSION AND RELEASE FORM
This form is due to the DAC office by March 11.
Failure to provide a completed form will result in an unpublished paper.
SPEAKER'S GUIDE
PowerPoint files are the only acceptable visual aide this year at DAC. DAC will provide a PC with Windows, PowerPoint and an LCD projector. Appropriate connections for both PC and MAC laptop computers will be available. Due to compatibility issues, using your own computer for your presentation is NOT recommended. Therefore, you MUST bring a back-up copy of your presentation on a USB drive or CD-ROM.
Please go to Talk Prep, Slide Prep, Poster Prep and At DAC to help prepare you and your presentation for DAC. These are your ultimate Speaker's Guidelines and will house all the information you need to successfully present at DAC.
POSTER PRESENTATION
DAC is adding a poster presentation to the technical program. All speakers are required to participate in a 30 minute poster session immediately following their session to enable interactive discussions with the conference attendees. If you have any immediate questions, please contact Kathy Embler.

REGISTRATION
Presenters are entitled to a discounted full-conference registration fee. Registration instructions will be sent to the presenters by March 30. If you have any questions, please contact the DAC Registration Coordinator, Jackie Horn.
VISAS
U.S. Embassies have been experiencing longer delays in the issuance of visas. Due to the increased security measures in the United States, an updated visa might be required. Thus, it is recommended that you check to be sure your visa will allow entry to the United States. More information regarding travel visas can be found here.
