||OMNIPRESS will email you a link to their collection website with formatting and submission instructions. This email will include a link for the required ACM copyright form. This is now done on-line.
||Email a PDF of your paper to the TPC Co-Chairs, Nikil Dutt and Soha Hassoun at DACcochairs@dac.com and to your session organizer. You will promptly receive feedback.
||Email an updated version of your paper to the TPC Co-Chairs to DACcochairs@dac and to your session organizer.
||The PDF file for the proceedings MUST be received by this date. Submissions not received by April 5 will not be published in the DAC Proceedings.
||Copyright Release From is due to ACM. New this year! You will submit your copyright form online directly to ACM. This information will be communicated to you in an email from OMNIPRESS.
|Submit your PowerPoint Slides on the DAC website for review by your Session Chair. The Sessions Chair's name and email address will be sent to you.
||You should receive feedback on your slides from your Session Chair. Please notify the DAC office if you have not. It is important to follow the suggestions given by your Session Chair.
||Speaker's Bio form due to DAC office.
||Conference opens at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California, USA. Be sure to bring a final version of your PowerPoint presentation on a USB thumb drive (preferred) or CD-ROM. Be sure to attend the Speaker's Breakfast the day of your presentation (Room #20D).
|DVD PROCEEDINGS INSTRUCTIONS
This year, the proceedings will be published by ACM in New York and will be compiled and produced on DVD by OMNIPRESS. The copyright will be held by ACM, one of DAC's sponsors. DAC will publish its proceedings on DVD Only. Please see important dates above to know when your papers are due to the co-chairs for review and the deadlines to have your paper published in the proceedings. NOTE: All PDF files must be produced using ACM templetes AND be in compliance with IEEE Xplore PDF standards. This will be strictly enforced!
PERMISSION AND RELEASE FORM
This form is due to the DAC office by February 25
. Failure to provide a completed form will result in an unpublished paper.
Special Session Authors will follow a unique format for presentations at DAC 2011. All orations will fit into a general 30-minute time slot. There will be 25 minutes for the presentation followed by a 5-minute Question and Answer session. Additionally, Special Session authors do not
supply a poster.
PowerPoint files are the only acceptable visual aide this year at DAC. DAC will provide a PC with Windows, PowerPoint and an LCD projector. Appropriate connections for both PC and MAC laptop computers will be available. Due to compatibility issues, using your own computer for your presentation is NOT recommended. Therefore, you MUST bring a back-up copy of your presentation on a USB drive or CD-ROM.

Presenters are entitled to a discounted full-conference registration fee. This fee will be determined in early March. Registration instructions will be sent to the presenters by March 19. If you have any questions, please contact the DAC Registration Coordinator, Jackie Horn
