Important Information and Key Dates for 
Work-In-Progress Presenters:

February 22: ELECTRONIC CONFIRMATION FORMS DUE - Please log in to your DASHBOARD for the link and instructions
March 15: PRESENTER REGISTRATION DUE
Presenters are entitled to a discounted full-conference registration fee. Registration instructions will be sent to the presenters.  If you have any questions, please contact the DAC Registration Coordinator, Jackie Horn.
March 15: PERMISSION & RELEASE FORM DUE.
ACM will send you an email directly with this link after May 6 and the same link will be on your DASHBOARD should you need it.  Check your inbox!
May 7: POSTER SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW - Presenters to submit poster to Session Chair for review - Please see the DASHBOARD for the link and instructions.
May
17:
SESSION CHAIR FEEDBACK - Presenters you should have received feedback on your poster from your Session Chair.
May 20:
POSTER DUE to the DAC Office for the DAC website - The 100-word abstract from submission and the elelctronic copy of the poster will be posted on the DAC website.
June 17: Last day to post supplementary material on the DAC website as archival material


Because Work-in-Progress Authors are presenting ongoing findings and compositions, accepted WIP submissions are only required to present a poster at DAC 2013.

ACM and IEEE do not consider WIP material a publication however please verify double-submission policies of other conferences, workshops, and journals.

REGISTRATION
Presenters are entitled to a discounted full-conference registration fee.  Registration instructions will be sent to the presenters by March 11. If you have any questions, please contact the DAC Registration Coordinator, Jackie Horn.

VISAS
U.S. Embassies have been experiencing longer delays in the issuance of visas. Due to the increased security measures in the United States, an updated visa might be required. Thus, it is recommended that you check to be sure your visa will allow entry to the United States. More information regarding travel visas can be found here.
