Presenters- If you have submitted your poster to your Session Chair on time, you should have received feedback on your poster from your Session Chair. Please notify the DAC office if you have not. It is important to follow the suggestions given by your Session Chair. |

The 100-word abstract from submission and a electronic copy of the presenting poster, due to the DAC office May 30, will be posted on the DAC web site.
Because Work-in-Progress Authors are presenting ongoing findings and compositions, accepted WIP submissions are only required to present a poster at DAC 2012.
ACM and IEEE do not consider WIP material a publication however please verify double-submission policies of other conferences, workshops, and journals.

REGISTRATION
Presenters are entitled to a discounted full-conference registration fee. Registration instructions will be sent to the presenters by April 27. If you have any questions, please contact the DAC Registration Coordinator,

VISAS
U.S. Embassies have been experiencing longer delays in the issuance of visas. Due to the increased security measures in the United States, an updated visa might be required. Thus, it is recommended that you check to be sure your visa will allow entry to the United States. More information regarding travel visas can be found
