Congratulations on being accepted to speak during a virtual panel at DAC 2020! This area is designed to help you prepare for your panel and the responsibilities at conference.
Each panel session will be hosted live through our virtual DAC event platform using Zoom. After the panel discussion, the panelists will have an opportunity for Q&A with the audience through a live chat discussion. Every presenter is required to be at their session for the entire time of the scheduled session and required to participate in the live chat discussion.
To ensure high-quality technical panels, DAC is asking each panel organizer to conduct a planning meeting for their specific panel no later than June 21.
This meeting should include the moderator and all panelists. The goal of this planning meeting is to discuss the details concerning the panel format and other logistics. In addition, the organizer should get alignment with the moderator and panelist on exactly what will (and will not) be debated in the panel.
Please stay tuned for further information. We count on your participation for an exceptional presentation of your session and an overall virtual DAC 2020 experience!
Presenting through the virtual event platform is very much like presenting at a traditional event: attendees will be able to see and hear you, and you'll have the opportunity to display slides or other supporting material as you deliver your presentation.
As a presenter, you can use your home computer with a webcam to present. You will have the opportunity to "share your screen" with the audience so that they can see slides or other material while you are speaking.
DAC 58 is July 11-15, 2021 in San Francisco
DAC is the premier conference devoted to the design and automation of electronic systems (EDA), embedded systems and software (ESS), and intellectual property (IP).
