As a Special Session Chair, you and the Session Organizer are responsible for reviewing any proceedings papers in your session. Papers are due from the presenter on Tuesday, March 19. We are relying on you to review and provide constructive feedback on the technical content and to make sure each paper follows the proper formatting as set forth below:
All feedback and discussions for paper review will be done via email. You will receive an email with detailed instructions in March from MPA.
Deadline: Thursday, May 16
As a Special Session Chair and senior member of the technical community, we are relying on you to review and provide constructive feedback on the technical content and styling of the presentation slides for each speaker in your session. The quality of your session is highly important to the success of DAC. Slides will be available online for your review on Monday, May 13, and you will receive email instructions prior to that date regarding how to access the slide review system. Please contact Jackie Sweet if you have login issues. The Special session presentation timing is 23 minute presentation, 2 minute wrap up and 5 minutes for Question and Answer. (Please note that speakers are not required to have their slides reviewed but may want your objective opinion and assistance).

All DAC Session Chairs are entitled to a discounted full-conference registration rate. Robin Albright, DAC Registration Coordinator, will send an email to all session chairs with instructions on how to register on April 3. You may contact Robin Albright with registration questions.
All Session Chairs and speakers are required to attend the Speaker’s Breakfast. Please join your DAC colleagues to receive important last minute information regarding set up for the session. Please attend the day of your session:
At the breakfast, please be sure to meet the speakers in your session, confirm everyone is present and ready for your session, and pick up the speaker bios provided for introductions.

Please be at the session room 30 minutes before the session start time to assist the presenters with loading their slides and become familiar with the audio visual equipment.
