Exhibitor Meeting Request Form

Guidelines:

  1. Exhibitor Meetings may take place from Sunday, July 10 – Thursday, July 14 at the Moscone Convention Center except during the keynotes Monday – Wednesday at 9:00 – 11:00 am.
  2. If you are planning an off-site or virtual meeting, this form is not necessary.  The DAC Show Management team does not provide logistical assistance with offsite or virtual meetings.  However, all details for offsite/virtual meetings should be sent to Morgan Frohling at info@dac.com – the DAC Show Management team must confirm whether it conflicts with any other DAC programing.
  3. Room assignments for each Exhibitor meeting will be provided in early June 2022.

The information provided below is to determine the appropriate room size for your event.  Meeting Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis following approval.  Please note that audio-visual requirements, food/beverage, utilities, and other production expenses are not included in your event room fee.  Orders for these items must be placed by the Event Contact with the appropriate contractors and paid separately.  Contact information for each contractor will follow with confirmation of your room assignment.

Completing the Exhibitor Meeting request form below signifies that you have read the above guidelines and understand that your group will be responsible for paying for all approved execution costs.
